Pepper Plant - Aji Rico

These are hot peppers, but so much more! Sweet, citrusy, floral and juicy with medium spice/heat level. Amazing fresh, roasted, pickled, etc. 

Species is Capsicum baccatum, and they seem to thrive here in Mid-MO - our plants get 3-4' wide and nearly as tall. Gradual small harvests throughout summer, and then an amazing abundance as fall approaches. 

Recommended spacing : at least 24"
