Broccolini Plant (Mini Broccoli)

Broccolini has tender stems and sweet flavor. Ideal for sautéing, steaming, or grilling.  The leaves are also delicious - like kale or collards, but more mild/less tough. This versatile vegetable matures quickly, offering multiple harvests well into summer. (Here at the farm we start a second round in July for fall harvest.)

Broccolini is typically ready to harvest 55–70 days after transplanting.
Harvest when stems are around 6" inches long and the florets are tight and fully formed, but before they begin to flower. Regular harvesting encourages new shoots to grow.

Broccolini is a "cut-and-come-again" crop, meaning that cutting the central stalks encourages side shoots for additional harvests.
